Arlington Uses Tech at 100+ Signals to Improve Traffic Flow

In May, the City of Arlington announced the Freight Optimization Services Program, a cloud-based traffic signal technology system that will reduce stops and delays imposed to heavy freight vehicles to help reduce harmful greenhouse gases. This program will be deployed on roadways in designated as freight routes and in freight-oriented development areas.
