The Arlington Public Library is hosting a Job Fair on Saturday, August 20, 2022, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the East Library and Recreation Center located at 1817 New York Ave., Arlington, TX 76010. Residents are invited to explore employment opportunities in fast-growing job fields. The fair will feature a LinkedIn workshop, resume help, and the chance to gain interviewing experience.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to learn about the Library’s options for adult education like our high school equivalency (GED) program and our English as a Second Language (ESL) classes.

Remember to bring your resume!

Employers will be seeking to hire for job openings onsite. Some of the employers in attendance include:

  • Arlington ISD
  • City of Arlington
  • Six Flags Over Texas
  • University of Texas at Arlington
  • Plus more!

Library Resources

The Library has several resources available to the public that can be utilized before and after the event.

There is no cost for employers or organizations that wish to participate. Contact us with questions at LIBAdultServices@arlingtontx.gov.

The event is free and registration is not required for attendees.
