Gnocchi Making Class at Ventana Grille

We will be making Rosemary & Parmesan Gnocchi with Bacon Lardons & Crisp Sage.

Reservations entitle guest to a guided evening learning to make gnocchi from its scratch components, a glass of wine to enjoy, recipe and pasta making notes to take, and then to have your pasta cooked & finished to enjoy for dinner. Additional beverage service will be available throughout the evening. Classes are about 1 hr 40 minutes from beginning to end and are fully hands-on.
