The Aging Well Expo is a one-day event geared for adults ages 21 and up. This free event is organized by the City of Arlington with support from numerous community sponsors. With around 100 vendors, fun fitness demos and free health screenings, there’s something for everyone.
Yee-haw! Pre-registration is now open for the event. This year’s event is western-themed, so feel free to wear your favorite hat, boots or other western wear.
Attendees must pre-register by 5 p.m. September 25 to receive a complimentary grab-and-go boxed lunch, which will be available throughout both sessions for participants to pick up and take with them.
