Key Improvements consist of constructing new concrete sidewalks and associated paving tie‑ins throughout the Entertainment District to close sidewalk gaps and improve ADA‑compliant pedestrian access to key destinations. It includes updated crosswalks and pavement markings and new or revised traffic signs to clearly define pedestrian routes and enhance safety for both pedestrians and drivers in this high‑activity area.
The funding for this project is provided by the City's Street Bond Fund.

The contractor is allowed to work from 7 AM to 6 PM (Central Standard Time) and from 7 AM to 8 PM (Central Daylight Time).
Yes, you will continue to have water service throughout construction. If there is a planned water shut-off, you will be notified at least 48 hours in advance. In the case of an emergency shut-off, water service may be temporarily interrupted for a few hours.
