The Residential Rebuild project at the following locations will improve the roadway conditions, water & sewer renewals, streetlights, and sidewalk improvements: Crooked Creek Lane (Ballpark Way to Creek Wood Drive), Lynnwood Drive (Forest Edge Drive to Cambridge Drive), Skylark Drive (Mitchell Street to Browning Drive)

Project Updates

McClendon Construction has been awarded the 2022 Residential Rebuild Phase II project and has started construction on May 20, 2024. Crooked Creek Lane and Skylark Drive are fully completed. Lynnwood Drive water and sewer is is complete project is projected to be completed by the end of August 2025.

    • Contract is currently resetting mailboxes, street signs, and installing streetlights

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I have access to my driveway?

Driveway access will be available during most of the project. If your driveway is slated for reconstruction, the contractor will provide you with written notice, so you have time to make other arrangements for vehicle parking.

Will my trash be picked up during construction?

Yes. Your neighborhood's regularly scheduled trash and recycling pickup days will continue as normal during construction.

Will my mail be delivered during construction?

Yes. Your mail and packages will be delivered as normal.

How drivable will my street be during construction?

The contractor will always provide as much access to your street as possible. However, at times it may be necessary to temporarily close a portion of the street during the day. Though access may be limited, if emergencies arise, the contractor will work with you to the best of their abilities to grant you access to your driveway.

Will I still have water service during construction?

Yes. You will continue to have water service during construction. There may be at times, however, that water may be temporarily shut off for a couple of hours during the day. You will be notified of any planned interruptions by the contractor.
