Playground and trail improvements began in January 2025 and are projected to be complete by June 2025.

The following milestones have been completed:

•  Kimley-Horn & Associates, Inc. (design consultant) completed construction documents November 2023.
• Bidding for construction was in the Fall of 2024 with a construction contract awarded to C. Green Scaping, LP, on January 6, 2025.

Upcoming milestones:

• Construction began in January 2025 and projected completion for opening in June 2025.
