Jump start your annual New Year's Resolution to get fit at Cliff Nelson Recreation Center Naturally Fit Expo! The event will be held Saturday, October 4, 9-11 a.m. at the Cliff Nelson Recreation Center.

ABOUT THE NATURALLY FIT EXPOSITION

On October 4, participants will have the opportunity to learn about the importance of nutrition, receive fitness tips, participate in class demos, meet instructors, visit with vendors, and go through a weight room orientation. Vendors will include a presentation from a Texas Health Resources of Arlington physician, a presentation on Cancer Killing foods, Advanced Physical Medicine, Mobile Spas, Costco, AdvoCare and more. Some of the programs being showcased are Boot Camp, Zumba, Insanity, Fit Over 50, Bounce House Boot Camp, Tae Kwon Do, Cardio, Strength & Core, plus weight room orientations and health screenings throughout the event including Carter Blood Care on-site blood donations.

This event is FREE

Each participant will also be entered in to a drawing for various door prizes and gift certificates from our array of vendors. All participants will have an opportunity to purchase a Cliff Nelson Naturally Fit t-shirt! During this event Cliff Nelson will also offer a 15 percent discount from annual fitness memberships or a buy one month, get one month free fitness offering.

Kickoff: 9 a.m.
Boot Camp: 9:10 a.m.
Zumba: 9:30 a.m.
Cardio, Strength & Core: 9:50 a.m.
Tae Kwon Do: 10:10 a.m.
Fit Over 50: 10:25 a.m.
Insanity: 10:45 a.m.
