The Hispanic Real Estate Brokers Association (HREBA) will host its annual Homeownership, Health, and Wellness Fair on Saturday, June 7, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at St. Matthew Catholic Church, 2021 New York Ave.

The event is free and open to the public. Designed as a family-friendly community fair, it will bring together housing professionals, health experts, wellness advocates, and local organizations. The goal is to provide residents with the tools and resources needed to achieve financial stability, successful homeownership, and healthier lifestyles.

Attendees will enjoy:

  • Free housing counseling and homeownership resources
  • Health screening resources and wellness activities
  • Indoor local vendor booths, and expert panel sessions
  • Outdoor family activities, food, giveaways, and more!

“The fair reflects our mission to not only support affordable homeownership but also recognize the vital connection between stable housing, physical and mental well-being, and financial empowerment,” said Leticia Gallegos, CEO of HREBA. “We want families to walk away with answers, resources, and real pathways forward.”

This year’s event will feature guest speakers, mini-seminars, and on-site professionals available to assist first-time homebuyers, renters preparing to purchase, and individuals seeking health and wellness support.

Sponsorship and vendor opportunities are still available. Nonprofit organizations are welcome to participate at no cost.
