Financial advice website SmartAsset is out with its annual list of Best Cities for First-Time Homebuyers. And once again, Arlington: The American Dream City is on the list.

The team at SmartAsset analyzed data from the 200 largest American cities. Their findings were grouped into four categories:

• Home market favorability
• Affordability
• Livability
• Employment

Based on those criteria, Arlington ranked number 18 on the list — the highest-ranked city in Tarrant County.
