The music available in Arlington is stellar and growing every day! Now, the City is working to earn an official Music-Friendly Community designation from the Texas Music Office.

The Texas Music Office, Levitt Pavilion Arlington, the City of Arlington and the Arlington Convention & Visitors Bureau will co-host a virtual Music-Friendly Community Workshop at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 27, via Zoom.

The workshop is open to anyone interested in learning about the new Texas Music Office program that seeks to foster music business economic development in Texas cities and communities. Chip Adams, Community Relations & Outreach Specialist of the Texas Music Office within the Office of the Governor's Economic Development and Tourism Division, will be present to explain the Music-Friendly Community designation and answer questions.
