Anderson Cooper Appearance at UT Arlington Rescheduled for Early February

The November 11 Maverick Speakers Series appearance of CNN anchor Anderson Cooper has been rescheduled for 7:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 10, 2014. The event will be held at UT Arlington's College Park Center, 601 Spaniolo Drive.

Individuals who held general or preferred tickets to the November 11 lecture will have an opportunity to claim or buy tickets for the new date beginning Tuesday, Jan. 14, 2014. Instructions to those individuals will be sent via e-mail. All remaining tickets will become available to the public starting at 10 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 16 at www.utatickets.com. The Nov. 11 event was postponed so that Cooper could travel to the Philippines and report on the massive destruction caused by Typhoon Haiyan.

Anderson Cooper's appearance is part of the Maverick Speakers Series, the University's premier lecture series.
