Arlington Firefighter Wesley Keck remembers it was cold when he walked into the kitchen of his fire station to clean up that morning ten years ago. It was a typical day on shift but as he opened the window blinds and looked outside, it would turn into one he'd never forget. There wrapped warmly in blankets, was a healthy baby boy. There was no note and not a clue as to who'd left him there.

The newborn was left at an Arlington fire station under the state's Baby Moses Law, which designates fire stations and hospitals as safe havens for abandoned babies less than 60 days old.

Today, that newborn is a happy child named Koregan who would like to celebrate his tenth birthday with a reunion with the firefighter who found and cared for him on that fateful morning.
Arlington firefighters at Fire Station #12 will make his birthday wish come true.

Thursday, November 15 at 6:30 pm
Fire Station #12
5050 South Collins
Arlington, TX

He'll also get a tour of the fire station, a ride on a fire truck and a few birthday presents to make the day complete.
