Disney Channel Star to Perform at Six Flags

See Bridgit Mendler, the star of Disney Channel' s Good Luck Charlie, in concert at Six Flags Over Texas on Saturday as part of the MIKE AND IKE® Summer Concert Series! Come sing along to her hit songs like "Ready or Not" and "Blonde" from her album Hello My Name Is...! Concert tickets are $10 plus park admission are available through Ticketmaster.

Arlington' s Got Talent

Love to sing? For the first time ever, Six Flags Over Texas will host the official KIDZ Star USA Live Audition Tour - America' s BIGGEST national talent search for kids ages 15 & under. Choose from a selection of songs and record one 90-second live performance with the help of a Six Flags member. This is your chance to win a recording contract from RCA Records! Enter online or audition live this Saturday and Sunday from 12-4 p.m. inside Six Flags Over Texas.

Texas Autocross Weekend at UTA

Check out some of the best Formula SAE trams in North America during the 2013 Texas Autocross weekend at UT Arlington. Competition starts on Saturday with a traditional Formula SAE race course in the morning and an open course in the afternoon. On Sunday, the formula race runs in a true autocross style. Twelve Formula SAE teams from around North America with 30 cars will compete. Bring a lawn chair, food and beverages.

Baltimore Orioles vs. Texas Rangers

Home run leader Chris Davis and the Baltimore Orioles visit Arlington for a three-game series against the Texas Rangers. The opening game is Friday at 7:05 p.m; Saturday' s first pitch is scheduled for 7:05 p.m.; Sunday' s game, which is Sleep Inc. Rangers Pillowcase Day, starts at 6:05 p.m. Single-game tickets are still available

Arlington Public Library Welcomes The Que Pastas

Catch The Que Pastas, a funny and interactive family-friendly band that serves up music with a generous helping of fun sauce, as they visit three library branches on Friday. Buzz like a fly, dance like a donkey, shake tambourines and laugh uncontrollably. Perfect for kids ages 5-12. Free.
