UTA Spotlight: Special Collections Hosts Etta Hulme Editorial Cartoon Exhibit

Greetings from The American Dream City! Be sure to tune into the newest installment of UTA Spotlight, a weekly news update featuring broadcasting students reporting on events, projects, announcements and other key news and happenings on the university campus and around Arlington.

This week's stories:

  • The Native American Student Association's 23rd annual benefit pow wow, which featured dances, food and vendors, attracted hundreds of participants at UTA.
  • The UTA Libraries Special Collections is hosting the "Drawn to Politics: The Editorial Art of Etta Hulme" exhibit. The free exhibit features samples of editorial cartoonist Etta Hulme's work from the 1940s to 2000s.
  • Students discuss the potential of a new social media app, Vero.
