1. Olde Town Christmas at Dottie Lynn Recreation Center

Join Arlington Parks and Recreation for the Annual Christmas Craft Fair at Dottie Lynn Recreation Center November 30 & December 1. It will be a festive time filled with shopping, goodies and more!

2. Texas Christkindl Market at The Plaza

Arlington's beloved Texas Christkindl Market returns for its eighth season this weekend! From now through Dec. 23, The Plaza at Texas Live! will transform into a unique holiday shopping experience. Modeled after Arlington's sister Christmas city, Rothenberg ob der Tauber, this cozy version of an Arlington favorite will offer beautiful holiday decorations and handmade gifts for everyone on your Christmas list. Open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sundays through Thursdays, and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, admission is free, with holiday treats and gift items available for purchase. 3. Enchant Christmas at Globe Life Park

Back by popular demand, Enchant Christmas will once again illuminate North Texas skies with its World's Largest Christmas Light Maze & Market. Last year, more than 250,000 people unwrapped a new holiday tradition at the most scenic wonderland in Texas. This year, the family tradition will move inside Globe Life Park in The American Dream City, with a new heart-warming theme, an updated adventure in the light maze, and a larger, dazzling Artisans' Market. 4. Holiday in the Park at Six Flags Over Texas

Six Flags Over Texas' brightest holiday celebration is now under way in The American Dream City! At this exclusive seasonal event, you'll find everything you need to celebrate the most wonderful time of year. Holiday in the Park is available on select dates now through Dec. 31. Here are seven incredible features at this year's event. The park will be open from 2-10 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 30, noon to 10 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 1, and 4-10 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 2.

5. Santa's Toy Factory at The Parks at Arlington Mall

Now through Christmas Eve, experience the magic of the holidays by entering Santa's workshop and becoming an official toy tester! 6. Big 12 Championship at AT&T Stadium

The Texas Longhorns (9-3, 7-2 Big 12) and Oklahoma Sooners (11-1, 8-1 Big 12) will face off in the Dr. Pepper Big 12 Championship game at 11 a.m. CT on Saturday, December 1, 2018 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington's world-class Entertainment District. Tickets are on sale now at SeatGeek.com. If you can't make it to the game, it will be nationally televised on ABC. 7. Live Music at Texas Live!

Check out live music this weekend at Texas Live!, the new $250 million world-class dining, entertainment and hospitality district located near the Rangers' Globe Life Park and Cowboys' AT&T Stadium in The American Dream City. Arlington Backyard, a 5,000-capacity outdoor event pavilion, is expected to host more than 250 events annually. The Cowboys Game Day Watch Party starts at 5 p.m. on Thursday, November 29 at the Arlington Backyard. Several bands will perform throughout the weekend at the Live! Arena and Troy's. 8. Live Music at Grease Monkey Burger Shop & Social Club

Head over to Grease Monkey Burger Shop & Social Club in Downtown Arlington for live music this weekend. On Friday, November 30, enjoy Acoustic Hash with Brian Davis (Guitar/Vocals) and John Geyerman (Vocals/Guitar) from Fort Worth. Davis and Geyerman are known for their reworkings of already familiar musical material. Grease Monkey is located at 200 N Mesquite St, Arlington, TX 76011. 9. Live Music at J.R. Bentley's

Check out live music with Don McRay this Saturday, December 1, 2018 at J.R. Bentley's in Downtown Arlington. The show starts at 8 p.m. Situated in a historic home, J.R. Bentley's has the feel of an authentic English pub and features several local and area bands throughout the year. The venue is located at 406 W Abram St, Arlington, TX 76010. You can find a complete calendar of events at www.jrbentleys.com. Regular hours of operation are Monday-Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. and Sunday from 5 p.m. to midnight.

10. Shows at UTA Planetarium

UTA Planetarium continues to offer shows to residents and visitors. This includes Spacepark 360: Infinity, a planetarium show designed to recreate the experience of amusement park thrill rides, roller coasters, pendulums, inverters and more.
