The Housing Choice Voucher Wait List is closed. The Arlington Housing Authority anticipates opening the Wait List again in 2024.
The Arlington Housing Authority (AHA) provides rental assistance to eligible low-income persons, the elderly, and persons with disabilities. Although the rental assistance programs offered by AHA have different funding sources, eligibility requirements, and regulatory requirements, they all are designed to provide decent, affordable rental housing for eligible lower income persons.
If you are a new applicant on the waiting list, you are required to register for AssistanceCheck, AHA's on-line applicant portal. If you need assistance, please call 817-275-3351
