The 2022 MLK ART CONTEST is open to junior high and high school students attending Arlington schools or residing within Arlington city limits.
The winning design will appear on T-shirts, posters, flyers, and programs associated with the Arlington MLK Celebration.
First Place — $1,000 Award
Second Place — $750 Award
Third Place — $500 Award
Art Contest Rules:
- Submission deadline: 5 p.m. Friday, Nov. 12, 2021
- Theme: Advancing the Dream: A Time to Reflect, Imagine, and Build the Future
- Designs are to be original drawings and may include original computer graphics.
- Artwork can be supplied as a full color rendering or a black and white version. All submissions must be on 8.5 by 11-inch art paper.
- Entries will be judged in November.
