Big 12 Baseball Tournament at Globe Life Field 

The Phillips 66 Big 12 Baseball Championship is scheduled for Wednesday, May 25 through Sunday, May 29, 2022 and will make its debut at Globe Life Field. More information can be found here.

So What?! Music Festival Returns

For the first time since 2017, Third String Entertainment is thrilled to announce the return of So What?! Music Festival to Choctaw Stadium Friday, May 27-29, 2022. The festival will merge metal, rock, rap, hip-hop, alternative and pop-punk genres for a weekend of performances by I Prevail, Parkway Drive, The Ghost Inside, Blackbear, Simple Plan, Sum 41, 2 Chainz, Rae Sremmurd, Trippie Redd, Tyga, Knocked Loose, The Maine, Princess Nokia, 3OH!3, and many more. Six Flags Over Texas Memorial Day Weekend

Free Concerts at the Levitt Pavilion

Join the folks at the Lawn of the Levitt Pavilion Arlington for free concerts. At 8:00 p.m. Friday, May 27, 2022, Michael Hix lights up the stage. Starting at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, May 28, 2022, Palmer Anthony opens for Cody Canada and The Departed. Then at 7:30 p.m. Sunday, May 29, 2022, Grupo Pression opens for Little Joe & La Familia

Music at the Arlington Music Hall 

The Arlington Music Hall offers a pair of concert this weekend. American Country music singer T. Graham Brown takes the stage 8:00 p.m. Friday, May 27, 2022. Then at 6:00 p.m. Saturday, May 28, 2022, the Nina Live! with Special Guest: Mr. Luke Mejares takes place. Ticket information can be found on the Arlington Music Hall’s website

Beacon Skateboarding Clinic 

Come learn the basic skills and techniques of skateboarding along with a few cool tricks 10:00 a.m. Saturday, May 28, 2022 at The Beacon Recreation Center. All skill levels are welcome. Click here to register

Storytime at The Parks Mall Arlington 

The Arlington Public Library is taking your favorite Storytime program on the road this summer to The Parks Mall at Arlington. Join the Library’s storytellers for a fun, interactive program and then peruse the Parks Mall afterward. At 11:30 a.m. each Friday, it will feature different stories, songs, rhymes, and activities that are perfect for children and families. This event is free and open to the public. 

Mobile Pet Adoption Event 

Adorable adoptable pets looking for new homes will be available at the Arlington Animal Services’ Mobile Adoption Unit. The Mobile Pet Adoption Event takes place 10:00 a.m. Saturday, May 28, 2022 outside of PetSmart, located at 203 E I-20 Hwy. Visit with adoptable cats available inside PetSmart. Scheduled events are subject to cancellation without notice due to unfavorable weather conditions (heat, cold, storms, etc.) for the safety and protection of adoptable pets, volunteers, and staff.

El Tri World Cup Warm-Up Friendly at AT&T Stadium

Mexico’s Men’s National Soccer Team gears up for the upcoming FIFA World Cup with a match again Nigeria 7:00 p.m. Saturday, May 28, 2022 at AT&T Stadium. You can learn more about tickets at AT&T Stadium’s website.  

Elegantly Eclectic 

The Arlington Master Chorale Chamber Singers present Elegantly Eclectic 3:00 p.m. Sunday, May 29, 2022 at Irons Hall of the campus of The University of Texas at Arlington and 6:00 p.m. at St. Mark’s Church. Admission is $10. Visit the Arlington Master Chorale’s website for more info.
