1. Olde Town Christmas

This is the place to find a truly one-of-a-kind gift. Arlington Parks and Recreation is hosting its Olde Town Christmas craft fair Friday and Saturday at Dottie Lynn Recreation Center. There will also be events for the family plus a visit from Santa. Admission is free. The fair is open from 2 p.m. until 7 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. Saturday.  

2. Family Ornament Painting Party

Head to Urban Alchemy Sunday to create a custom ornament. An artist will be on hand to guide you through the painting process. The event begins at 1 p.m., and tickets are $10. 

3. "Spectacular Christmas" at Arlington Music Hall

Singing, dancing and all your Christmas favorites together in one show. Arlington Music Hall is bringing back its "Spectacular Christmas" show this year with performances Saturday night and Sunday afternoon. Tickets start at $5 for children and $10 for adults. 

4. Holiday in the Park

Get in the holiday spirit at Six Flags Over Texas. The theme park is open Friday, Saturday and Sunday for its Holiday in the Park event. You'll enjoy your favorite rides plus 2 million lights, specialty Christmas shops and a visit from Santa himself.

5. Texas Christkindl Market

An Arlington tradition returns. The Texas Christkindl Market is now open for the season. You'll find German-inspired stores and traditions plus an outdoor ice skating rink. The Market is open through Dec. 22, near Texas Live! Admission is free.

6. Wynonna at Arlington Music Hall

Wynonna will perform her Christmas show Friday night at Arlington Music Hall. The country icon will be joined by the Big Noise Rockin' Roots band. A few tickets are still available, starting at $19. Click the link above to visit the box office. 

7. Winter Gift Market at The Oakridge School 

The Oakridge School is hosting its Winter Gift Market Saturday from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. The market is open to the community. There will be unique gift booths, a kids zone and hot chocolate bar. Admission is $2, or you can bring an unwrapped toy, which will be donated to Santa Cops. 

8. Happy Holidays Pop-Up Shop at Arlington Museum of Art

Shop small, support local artists and find truly unique gifts this weekend at the Arlington Museum of Art. The Museum is hosting a pop-up shop during its regular hours. You do not have to purchase a ticket to the Museum to shop the market. The shop is open through Dec. 22.

9. Tavern Carols at Legal Draft Beer Co. 

It's a night of Christmas pints and carols at Legal Draft Beer Co., in Downtown's Urban Union. Musicians will lead you in all your favorite carols, starting at 8 p.m. Friday. Admission is free.

10. Big 12 Championship at AT&T Stadium

It's Baylor vs. Oklahoma Saturday for the Big 12 title. The two teams face off at AT&T Stadium starting at 11 a.m. If you can't make it to the game, watch with other fans on the 100-foot screen at Texas Live!
