1. My Little Gentleman Etiquette Class

You're never too young to learn good manners. Arlington Parks and Recreation is hosting its "My Little Gentleman" class Saturday morning. Boys ages 5-12 are invited to come learn and will leave ready for a proper occasion. The class is at Cliff Nelson Recreation Center from 9 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. Registration is $16. You can sign up at the link above. 

2. "Hooray for Holidays" at Theatre Arlington

Theatre Arlington drew inspiration from classic TV Christmas specials for its 2019 holiday show. The performance features a group of former child stars reuniting decades later, trying to recapture their original magic. There are performances Friday and Saturday nights along with a Sunday matinee. Click the link above to learn more. 

3. Holiday in the Park at Six Flags Over Texas

Six Flags Over Texas, in Arlington's Entertainment District, is about to flip the switch on 2 million lights. The Park's annual holiday tradition includes all your favorite rides along with Christmas shows, shops and Santa himself. Holiday in the Park runs from Saturday, Nov. 23 through Jan. 5.

4. Create Studio at Arlington Public Library

Get ready to create. Arlington Public Library's Downtown branch is opening its Create Studio for Families Friday, Nov. 22 from 4 p.m. until 5:30. You'll find a room of materials just waiting to be repurposed. The event is free. 

5. "Mumentous" at Arlington Museum of Art

This is your final weekend to enjoy an only-in-Texas experience. The "Mumentous" exhibit looks at how the homecoming mum has grown into a larger-than-life tradition. The Museum is open Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. and Sunday from 1 p.m. until 5 p.m. Click the link above to learn more about "Mumentous" and the artist behind the exhibit. 

6. Charity Wine Tasting at Urban Alchemy 

Head Downtown Friday night to enjoy a glass of wine and help a good cause. Urban Alchemy is hosting a wine tasting to benefit Camp Crucis, an Episcopalian retreat.  Tickets are available at the link above. 

7. Cowboys Watch Party at Texas Live!

The Cowboys are on the road Sunday to face New England. But this is the next best thing to being there. Watch the action at Texas Live!, on a 100-foot screen. The party starts two hours before kickoff, at 1:30 p.m. 

8. Rangers Republic Opening at Texas Live! 

Arlington's newest party bar opens Friday night at Texas Live!. Rangers Republic features a DJ, drinks and Tex-Mex bites. "The Bachelorette" star John Paul Jones will be there to get the party started along with "Big Brother" star Kat Dunn. RSVP at the link above. 

9. "Dark Side of the Moon" at UTA Planetarium 

Saturday is your chance to see and hear the Dark Side of the Moon. UTA Planetarium will play the classic Pink Floyd album complete with immersive special effects. The event begins at 7 p.m. Admission is $6. 

10. Kathy Mattea at Arlington Music Hall

Country star Kathy Mattea will perform Saturday night at Arlington Music Hall. Mattea has won Grammys and CMA awards over her decades-long career. The show begins at 8 p.m., and tickets start at $19.
