One of Arlington's favorite barbecue spots is about to have a permanent home. Hurtado Barbecue is going from food trailer to a brick-and-mortar restaurant, opening Saturday in Downtown's Urban Union. Food will be served from 11 a.m. until 8 p.m. (or until the food is sold out.)
