- UTA Ambassadors closed out spirit week with a pep rally in the University Center, where students and faculty showcased their spirit.
- UTA student Michael Francis landed his dream job serving in the Army and plans to go on active duty after graduation.
- The 39th Annual Bed Races held at Maverick stadium featured students and faculty dancing while dressed in their favorite 90's cartoon costumes.
