UTA Spotlight: Students Participate in Voter Registration, Anti-Hazing Campus Events

Greetings from The American Dream City! Be sure to tune into the newest installment of UTA Spotlight, a weekly news update featuring broadcasting students reporting on events, projects, announcements and other key news and happenings on the university campus and around Arlington.

This week’s stories include: 

  • The UTA Student Government hosted an event to help students register to vote as part of National Registration Day
  • Michelle Guobadia spoke to students about the dangers of hazing at an event hosted by the Office of Community Standards as part of National Hazing Prevention Week.
  • UTA students who make up the local music group, Hell Sent, continue to work on their music, videos and merchandise and hope to one day have their own studio.
