The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking input on the housing needs of people with mental health conditions, substance use histories and/or intellectual and developmental disabilities. HHSC is seeking input from individuals with lived experience, families/caregivers, providers and service agencies and organizations. The answers will be anonymous and help HHSC plan for improving access to affordable housing.

HHSC officials say they understand most people are currently focused on coronavirus but believe it is important to distribute the survey at this time because housing is a critical component of a person’s health and well-being.

If you qualify and would like to participate, click here to complete the survey. The deadline to submit your response is June 15, 2020.
