South Street Art FestivalThe South Street Art Festival returns to Downtown Arlington for its seventh year, Oct. 11-13, 2019.

This year's festival will feature work from 60 artists, including 12 artists representing Arlington. The pieces fall into 14 categories from pottery to jewelry.

This year's lineup of artists also features a new addition, Big Ink Steamroller. Artists will carve their work into large linoleum blocks. Each block is inked by hand and printed onto paper using a steamroller as the press. This special event is Saturday, Oct. 12 from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.

The festival is held in the 300 block of E. South Street, near the intersection of Elm and South. Parking is free on the street and in the City of Arlington's Downtown garage, across from City Hall. Admission is also free, and vendors will be on-site offering a variety of food options.
