This two year old female Border Collie mix is black and white in color and weighs 27 pounds. An active, energetic dog in the form of Flicka is waiting for a new pet guardian. Border collies are known for needing lots of exercise and ample attention. Providing them a job to do like fetching a ball is a good start. Flicka is no exception. She loves to run, play ball, and garner your attention. She does know the commands of sit, stay and lay down. Cat of the Week – Meet Roberto

This five year old male Domestic Shorthair is solid black in color. An affectionate cat with a sleek body is the chosen one this week. Roberto hit a homerun by purring and kneading (a lot!). Perhaps he should have been a baker due to his kneading capabilities! He also liked to head bump and rub up against your leg. Playtime didn’t seem to hold an interest for him. Roberto would probably do best in a household where he could be the only furry companion. Select Roberto to be your designated pet companion.
