Cat of the Week - Meet Dodger

This five-year-three-month old male is a black and white American Short Hair. This larger size “artful” Dodger is a very independent cat. He does like being petted on his terms and a good combing really suits his style. When looking at him, take note that he has a half moustache and a “sort of” goatee. Feathers can be an attractive pastime for him that encourages interaction. Dodger would probably do best in a household with older adults. Also, he would probably prefer being the only “cat in the castle” where he can reign supreme. It’s time to say “Roger, Dodger” and adopt this feline. Meet Dodger at Cat Condo (CC) 2, his ID number is A45664021.

Dog of the Week - Meet Rome

This two-year-old male Pit Bull Terrier mix is white and tan in color and weighs 35 pounds. Affectionate and fun loving are words that appropriately describe Rome. He loves attention and is even inclined to try to hug you. He is curious of his surroundings and loves to check out every inch by sniffing and exploring. Watching humans trying to play with him a great pastime as well. Sit, stay, and walking well on a leash are positive attributes that Rome has. Because Rome is heartworm positive, his new pet guardian will need to provide heartworm treatment. Information on lower cost treatment can be provided at time of adoption. Don’t fiddle around, head straight to the shelter to adopt Rome. Meet Rome in Dog Adoptions (DA) 8, his ID number is A45897101.

Adoption fees include all core vaccinations, alteration, microchip and 30 days free pet insurance.
