Cat of the Week - Meet Echo

This three-year-old male Domestic Shorthair is a brown and black Tabby. Is there an echo—echo--echo in here? Yes, there is in the form of a sweet, lovable cat looking for his new “purrever” home. Echo is rather timid when he first makes your acquaintance and will greet you with meowing. Once he assesses that you are a friend, he allows you to pet him while responding with a loud purr and kneading. He’s also likely to lie down beside you garnering all your attention. Because Echo has tested as FELV+ he would probably do best being the only animal in a household and remain an indoor only cat. To echo our plea—come adopt this lovable cat. Meet Echo! He is FC1, with ID number A47627824.

Dog of the Week - Meet Sandy

This four-year-old female Pit Bull Terrier mix is white and brown in color and weighs 49 pounds. If you’re needing a canine to be your companion this summer and beyond, perhaps Sandy is the one for you. This friendly and playful dog is ready to go to a new pet guardian. Her fun personality is evidenced by her wanting to make friends with everyone she meets. She walks well on a leash but could probably benefit from some structured training. Sandy is heartworm positive and due to a generous donation; her heartworm treatment is sponsored. Her new pet guardian will also need to be aware that she has some skin allergies. Meet Sandy in Dog Adoptions (DA) 16, her ID number is A47574007.

Adoption fees include all core vaccinations, alteration, microchip and 30 days free pet insurance.
