Neeson & Carl

Dog of the Week – Meet Neeson

This one-year, seven-month-old male Pit Bull Terrier mix is solid white in color and weighs 56 pounds. It's time to open your heart and adopt a special canine. Neeson is a special dog that is in need of a pet guardian that has a lot of patience (and love to share). We believe that Neeson is possibly deaf but that does not keep him from being a fun-loving dog. Walking well on a leash is achievable and playtime is workable as long as you realize when you're calling to him, he isn't ignoring you but probably can't hear you. He is in need of a loving family that will provide a safe environment since he can't hear the dangers around him. Curious of other dogs, he might do well with a companion animal. Spending time outside of his kennel and being rewarded with treats provide enjoyment to Neeson. VIP status has been achieved by this canine, so he has a reduced adoption fee. Meet Neeson in Dog Adoptions (DA) 1, his ID number is A49313809.

Second Dog of the Week – Meet Carl

This one-year-old male Pit Bull Terrier mix is black and white in color and weighs 59 pounds. Forever friends--that could be this dog's motto. He starts out a little shy when you first meet but he warms up quickly and becomes super friendly. Once he's comfortable with you, he's your friend for the long haul. He takes his tail, wraps it around your heart and "tugs". A family that will engage him in the game of fetch is tops on his list. His curiosity of why people keep throwing things for him to fetch is puzzling to him. He seems self-satisfied that he is successful at training companions to being the toys back to him. Carl is known to walk well on a leash and loves receiving treats of all shapes, sizes, and flavors. Being heartworm positive, Carl is considered a VIP pet with a reduced adoption fee. Meet Carl in Dog Adoptions (DA) 9, his ID number is A50672607.

Adoption fees include all core vaccinations, alteration, microchip and 30 days free pet insurance.
