Dog of the Week – Meet Hubert

This seven-year- old male Jack Russell Terrier mix is white and brown in color and weighs 14 pounds. The name Hubert is said to mean bright heart, mind, and spirit and our choice this week is no exception. While he can be somewhat timid, maybe due to his age, he seems to be easy to touch and handle. He probably would do best as the only furry companion in a household. Providing adequate age appropriate exercise and mental stimulation would be ideal. Hubert has been tested as heartworm positive.
