Cat of the Week – Meet Amber

This two-year-old female Domestic Short Hair is a blue, cream and white Calico. In these days of social distancing it would be nice to have a companion by your side in the form of a furry feline. Calicos are often described as warmhearted affectionate cats and good with children. They can sometimes have a "quirky" personality, but wouldn't that just be another endearing quality to appreciate? Amber appears to have a calm demeanor and is agreeable to your paying attention to her. She's also content just to hang out and watch the rest of the world go by. Come check out this jewel of a cat. Dog of the Week – Meet Smalls

This four-year-old male German Shepherd mix is black and brown in color and weighs 79 pounds. Smalls is a good specimen of a German shepherd. He's playful, curious and active. His innate desire to please leads him to walk well on a leash and to sit on command. When he's comfortable with you he "presents his belly" encouraging you to pay attention to him. Give him a treat and Smalls will probably be your friend for life. Because Smalls has tested positive for heartworm disease, a new pet guardian will need to follow through with providing heartworm treatment. More information can be provided at time of adoption.
