Our latest to-do list has something for everyone — from a children's celebration to an important election for Arlington residents. The latest Neighborhood Network News is full of ways to make Arlington an even better place to live, learn work and play. Let's get started!

✅ Make Your Voice Heard

May 1, 2021 is election day in Arlington. Residents will choose a Mayor along with four City Council members. And there are plenty of opportunities to vote. Early voting is underway through April 27, 2021. Click here to learn more and find a polling place near you.

✅ Join the Arlington Public Library for Día de los Niños/Children's Day

The Arlington Public Library is celebrating all things kids April 29, 2021 at the East Library and Recreation Center. The celebration runs from 3:30 to 6 p.m. There will be outdoor games and free books for attendees. Click here to learn more.

✅ Get Rid of Prescription Drugs Safely

The Arlington Police Department is hosting a drug takeback event Saturday, April 24, 2021 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. There will be four collection sites across the City, including:

  • Walgreens: 4400 W. Green Oaks Blvd.
  • Ott Cribbs Public Safety Center: 620 W. Division St.
  • East Arlington Police Service Center: 2001 New York Ave.
  • South Arlington Police Service Center: 1030 SW Green Oaks Blvd.

Registering for a COVID-19 vaccine is easier than ever. Tarrant County Public Health is now letting residents choose their vaccination site and what type of vaccine they'd like to receive. Click here to register now.
