E320 Owners Bradley and Rebecca

Rebecca and Bradley Jones bring the energy to Arlington residents every morning through their delicious drinks and their meaningful conversations. The friendly and outgoing mother-son duo are serving up healthy meal-replacement WOW Shakes and Lit Teas, full of vitamins to help people focus and give them energy at their shop, E:320 Nutrition & Energy.

Several years ago, Bradley introduced his mom, Rebecca, to meal replacement shakes. She was hooked on to the Caramel Café Latte Shake and lost almost 30 pounds. Others around her, at work and at church, started to notice the difference and were also interested. This made her think of starting her own business. In July 2021, Rebecca and Bradley opened their shop in south Arlington on Sublett Road, an area they knew very well.

“We wanted to be in the community we are from. I went to Bowie High School, right around the corner,” said Bradley. “So, what better community to start in, than the one we are from. We love the Arlington community.”

But they don’t just serve shakes and tea, both Rebecca and Bradley are Wellness Coaches and are determined to impact their community with health and fitness. They don’t want to just serve drinks; they want everyone to leave with a smile.

“This is amazing, being in the community with my son and serving people, having fun,” said Rebecca. “When people come in, a big thing for both of us is customer service. A lot of things out there are so negative, and when people come in, we want everyone to feel excited.”

Bradley added they want to show Arlington that living a healthy active lifestyle, doesn’t have to be boring. They offer delicious shakes and teas and are excited to help people leave a little bit happier than when they first came into the store. Whether that be from the drink in their hands, or a wonderful talk. “So come on by,” Bradley exclaimed. “And leave better than when you came!”

E:320 Nutrition & Energy offers several flavors including new ones every season. And starting in February, they will start to offer fitness classes as well, in partnership with the Beacon Recreation Center. To stay up to date on their upcoming events and menus, follow them on Instagram or Facebook. Or you can visit the One Start Development Center, on the second floor at City Hall from January 23 - 27, 2023, during Small Business Promotion Week. The City’s Planning and Development Service Department is also hosting Customer Appreciation Week during the same time and will be providing refreshments and bottled water for the customers visiting the Small Business Promotion table.

The City of Arlington is highlighting minority-owned and/or women-owned small businesses throughout 2023. Canales Furniture, another Small Business of Arlington, who has grown substantially in the last few years, wants to give back to the community and is sponsoring this program with the Planning & Development Services Department for the year 2023. In their new headquarters at 102 E. I-20 Highway, they have dedicated a training room for their growing community, including free English-speaking classes, citizenship classes, and teaching small businesses on how to utilize social media as a marketing tool.
