June 18 Runoff Election Set for District 6 Arlington City Council Seat

Arlington voters elected one new City Council member and re-elected two City Council members during the Saturday, May 7, 2022, General Election. A runoff election is scheduled Saturday, June 18 for the open at-large District 6 City Council seat.

District 1: Helen Moise was re-elected as the District 1 City Council representative. She was uncontested.

District 2: Raul H. Gonzalez was re-elected as the District 2 City Council representative. He was uncontested.

District 6: Because none of the four candidates received more than 50% of the vote, a runoff election between the two candidates with the most votes is set for June 18. Long Pham received 46.5% of the vote and Albert Parra received 35.9%, according to unofficial vote totals. Joshua Taylor and Chris “Dobi” Dobson also vied for the open seat.

District 7: Bowie Hogg won the at-large District 7 City Council race with 55.1% of the vote, according to unofficial vote totals. Cyndi Golden received 44.9% of the vote for the open seat.

Runoff Election Day Polling Locations
