If you think the stress of preparing a Thanksgiving meal is overwhelming, imagine cooking for nearly 100,000 people.

That's the task Cowboys Executive Chef Tony Sinese faces every year, as he works to make sure all the staples are there, along with a few new favorites.

"We try not to mess with tradition, so to speak," Sinese said. "People come here, they want grandma's recipes, so we want to try and mimic that the best we can."

That means turkey, yams, mashed potatoes and more. And while you can always find a traditional plate of food, new this year, fans can enjoy a Thanksgiving Pie instead. The meat pie features turkey and all the sides piled up and baked together in pie crust.

No Thanksgiving meal is complete without dessert, and the Cowboys' culinary team is going all out for a sweet finish. The Cowboys are the only NFL team to feature 100% from-scratch dessert options. This year's menu features pumpkin, apple and chocolate bourbon Texas pecan pies. To give you an idea how much work goes into the desserts, the culinary team is preparing 1,500 full-size pumpkin pies and thousands more mini pies.

All employees, from parking attendants to ownership, will be fed Thursday. Sinese says if you're going to be away from your family on Thanksgiving, it's nice to celebrate with your work family — in a place you love so much.
