County Fair Foods, Inc. in Arlington was established by the Mahanay family in 1993 manufacturing cotton candy and salsa for the local retail market. A husband and wife team, Perry Mahanay Jr. and Melissa Mahanay are living their American Dream in the heart of Arlington's world-class Entertainment District.

Today, more than 25 years later, County Fair Foods provides cotton candy to nearly every sports and entertainment venue in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. This includes Globe Life Park, AT&T Stadium and Six Flags Over Texas in The American Dream City.

The family run business doesn't stop with cotton candy. They also manufacture popcorn, kettle corn and private-label jams, jellies, sauces, salsas, candies and confections.
