Editor's note: Kenny Chesney announced March 12, 2020 he is postponing his tour due to the Coronavirus pandemic. In a statement on his website, Chesney said he hopes to have new dates in place soon. If ticket holders are unable to attend the rescheduled date, they will be given a refund.

Country superstar Kenny Chesney is returning to Arlington's AT&T Stadium to kick off his "Chillaxification 2020" tour.

The eight-time Entertainer of the Year winner will perform Saturday, April 18 along with Florida Georgia Line, Old Dominion and Michael Franti & Spearhead.

“These stadium shows are the most fun thing I do,” Chesney said. “It’s been a year, so when I get out there, I wanna make sure that No Shoes Nation is being rocked, having fun and getting all the music they can out of the day. We always try to do something different, bring someone new – and for anyone who’s never seen Michael Franti & Spearhead, just wait!”

Chesney is the only country artist on Billboard magazine's Top 10 touring acts of the last 25 years.

Tickets to the Arlington show go on sale Friday, Oct. 4 at 10 a.m. American Express card members can purchase tickets beginning Thursday, Sept. 26 at 10 a.m.
