The City of Arlington’s new Neighborhood Enhancement Team is partnering with residents to improve curb appeal, protect home values and build community pride in neighborhoods across The American Dream City.

Recently, the Neighborhood Enhancement Team collaborated with residents to host a cleanup day in the Phillips Park neighborhood in Downtown. As part of the community outreach, city employees and volunteers helped residents clean up and dispose of tree limbs, debris and other unwanted items as well as address code compliance issues.

The Arlington City Council has identified “Champion Great Neighborhoods” as one of five key priorities. Great neighborhoods contribute to a higher quality of life and greater investment in our economy.
