Join the Arlington Public Library in celebrating National Hispanic Heritage Month. This nationwide celebration runs from September 15 to October 15 and honors the contributions and culture of Hispanics and Latin Americans.

The Hispanic and Latino Community is full of diverse cultures and vibrant histories. Learn more about Hispanic Heritage here, or check out recommendations from our librarians here. We invite the community to join us as we celebrate the Hispanic and Latino community both in Arlington and across the nation.

This year, there is a new way to participate. Track all your reading with the Beanstack app. Create an account for yourself or your family, and join our Hispanic Heritage Month reading challenges. Learn more about Beanstack here.

Visit our library locations to discover even more about Hispanic Heritage. Each branch will have a display dedicated to a Latin or South American country or Puerto Rico. Travel to all seven library locations and get your passport stamped at each to be entered into a prize drawing! Download Culture Passport
