This year, participants can choose to attend one of two sessions, scheduled from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. or from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The boxed lunches, which will be available to pick up throughout the event to take home, will consist of a wrap of either ham, chicken salad, or veggie, a delicious cup of pasta, a cookie, and a water bottle. Complementary water and coffee will also be available during each session.
