AMA A Summer Full of Wonderful

Today, the Arlington Museum of Art announced a new back-to-school partnership with Tom Thumb and Albertsons.

Between August 9 - September 4, 2022, customers can purchase discount tickets to see Disney Art from Private Collections from any Tarrant County area Tom Thumb or Albertsons store. Customers get $2 off regular admission tickets when they purchase tickets in-store, plus the AMA will donate $3 of each purchase to Tarrant Area Food Bank.

The timing of the partnership is significant because back-to-school expenses can put pressure on families that are struggling financially.

"More than one third of those served by Tarrant Area Food Bank and its network are children," said Amber Zuckerman, Vice President of Development and Community Investment for the AMA. "The Arlington Museum of Art is honored to partner with Tom Thumb and Albertsons to support children and families who really need our help right before the start of the school year."

The discount tickets available at Tarrant County area Tom Thumb and Albertsons stores are priced as follows:

  • Adult (19-54): $18 (regular ticket price: $20)
  • Senior (55+): $13 (regular ticket price: $15)
  • Youth (13-18): $13 (regular ticket price: $15)
  • Child (2-12): $5
  • Infant (0-1): Free
