Prepare for lane closures as TxDOT crews work to transform the I-30/SH 360 interchange.

Monday, April 22, the left lane of southbound SH 360 will be closed between Mitchell Street and Park Row Drive between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. During that time, the left lane of northbound SH 360 will be closed between Pioneer Parkway and Park Row Drive.

Tuesday, April 23 will bring lane closures to Interstate 30. From 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., the right lane of westbound I-30 will be closed from SH 360 to Ballpark Way. The left lane will be closed between Great Southwest Parkway and Six Flags Drive. Crews will use the time to repair safety devices.

I-30 Mainlanes & Ramps

I-30 Westbound Mainlanes

• Apr 23, 9a-3p: The right lane of I-30 westbound mainlanes will be closed between SH 360 and Ballpark Way to repair traffic safety devices.

• Apr 23, 9a-3p: The left lane of I-30 westbound mainlanes will be closed between Great Southwest Parkway and Six Flags Dr to repair traffic safety devices.

I-30 Eastbound Entrance from Copeland Rd

• Aug 24 through fall 2020: A temporary eastbound I-30 entrance ramp will be opened and accessible from Copeland Rd between Ballpark Way and SH 360.

I-30 Eastbound Entrance from Convention Center Dr/Copeland Rd Intersection

• PERMANENT: The eastbound I-30 entrance ramp available from the Convention Center Dr/Copeland Rd intersection will be closed permanently. Traffic will continue to have access to the ramp to northbound Ballpark Way.

I-30 Eastbound Entrance from Northbound Ballpark Way

• PERMANENT: The eastbound I-30 entrance ramp from northbound Ballpark Way will be closed permanently for the construction of a new northbound Ballpark Way connector to eastbound Copeland Rd. 

I-30 HOV Lanes (between Great Southwest Pkwy and Cooper St)

Westbound I-30 HOV lane west of SH 161

• Nov 4, 2016, through 2020, The westbound HOV lane west of SH 161 will be closed. TEXpress lane traffic will be directed into the I-30 westbound general main lanes west of SH 161.

Eastbound I-30 HOV lane between Center St and Duncan Perry Rd

• Oct 14, 2016, through 2020, The eastbound HOV lane access near Center St and lane through Tarrant County will be closed. TEXpress lane traffic will enter at SH 161.  

SH 360 Mainlanes & Ramps

SH 360 Southbound Mainlanes

• Apr 22, 9a-3p: The left, inside lane of SH 360 southbound mainlanes will be closed between Mitchell St and Park Row Dr to remove bridge rail.

SH 360 Northbound Mainlanes

• Apr 22, 9a-3p: The left, inside lane of SH 360 northbound mainlanes will be closed between Pioneer Pkwy and Park Row Dr to remove bridge rail.

SH 360 Southbound Exit to Lamar Blvd

• PERMANENT: The SH 360 southbound exit to Lamar Blvd is PERMANENTLY CLOSED. Traffic is detoured to exit to Brown Blvd/Ave K and follow the SH 360 southbound frontage road to Lamar Blvd. A new exit ramp will be constructed to Ave J/Lamar Blvd/Six Flags Dr.

SH 360 Southbound Entrance from Lamar Blvd

• PERMANENT: The SH 360 southbound entrance from Lamar Blvd is PERMANENTLY CLOSED. Traffic is detoured along the SH 360 southbound frontage road to enter from the Six Flags Dr entrance ramp. A new entrance ramp will be constructed between Lamar Blvd and Six Flags Dr.

SH 360 Southbound Entrance from Six Flags Dr

• PERMANENT, Beginning Nov 18, 2018: The southbound SH 360 entrance ramp from Six Flags Dr will be closed to place sanitary sewer. Traffic will be directed to the next entrance ramp from Abram St.

SH 360 Southbound Entrance Ramp from Arkansas Ln

• Apr 22-26, and Apr 29-May 3, 9a-3p: The SH 360 southbound entrance ramp from Arkansas Ln will be closed for sound wall construction. Traffic will be directed to the next entrance ramp available from Mayfield Rd.

Ave K to Ave J

• Nov 10, 2017 through October 2019: The SH 360 southbound frontage road is reduced to one lane between Ave K and Ave J for construction of new frontage road.

• Beginning Nov 8, 2018: The SH 360 south-to-north U-turn at Lamar Blvd will be closed while the SH 360 mainlanes and northbound frontage road are under construction.

Ballpark Way

• Apr 23, 9a-3p: The right outside lane of southbound Ballpark Way approaching and through the intersection with Wet-N-Wild Way will be closed to repair traffic safety devices.
• July 7, 2017, through Winter 2019: The right, outside lane of northbound Ballpark Way between I-30 and Brinker Ct will be closed for construction of new westbound frontage road connection.

• PERMANENT: The northbound Ballpark Way ramp to eastbound I-30 will be closed for reconstruction to connect with Copeland Rd through winter 2019. Northbound Ballpark Way traffic may exit to Copeland Rd, turn right and enter on a temporary eastbound I-30 entrance ramp.

Ave G

• Nov 2016 through Summer 2019, 800 block of Ave G is limited to westbound traffic movement.

Ave F

• Apr 6, 2016, through Summer 2019, eastbound and westbound Ave F traffic will be reduced to one lane each direction and shifted to the south side of Ave F for reconstruction of Ave F.

Copeland Rd

• Continuously, eastbound Copeland Rd between Ballpark Way and Six Flags Dr is closed for new pavement and bridge construction.
• Aug 24, 2018 through winter 2019, 10p: Copeland Rd access to Six Flags Dr is closed for reconstruction of bridges over Johnson Creek and new pavement to Six Flags Dr. Traffic is forced onto the new temporary eastbound I-30 entrance ramp between Johnson Creek and SH 360.
• PERMANENT: Beginning Oct 13, 2016, Copeland Rd between Six Flags Dr and the SH 360 southbound frontage road will be closed.
• PERMANENT: Beginning Mar 14, 2016, westbound Copeland Rd from Six Flags to just east of Ballpark Way is permanently closed. Only eastbound Copeland Rd traffic will be allowed between Ballpark Way and Six Flags Dr.

Convention Center Dr/Copeland Rd Intersection

• PERMANENT: The I-30 eastbound entrance ramp available from this intersection was removed permanently from service. Access to northbound Ballpark Way is maintained.

Six Flags Dr

• Continuously, Apr 9-18, 9a-3p: The right, outside lane of westbound Six Flags Dr between the SH 360 northbound and southbound frontage roads will be closed for bridge work.

• Overnight, Apr 16, 10p-5a: Six Flags Dr will be closed between the SH 360 southbound frontage road and Road to Six Flags St. to set highway lighting.

Mayfield Rd

• Daily, Apr 2-May 18, 9a-3p: Various lanes of eastbound and westbound Mayfield Rd will be closed for bridge work.

105th St

• PERMANENT: 105th St between Six Flags Dr and Ave E is permanently closed and will be removed.
