UTA Spotlight: Students Celebrate Korean Harvest Festival With Food, Dancing

Greetings from The American Dream City! Be sure to tune into the newest installment of UTA Spotlight, a weekly news update featuring broadcasting students reporting on events, projects, announcements and other key news and happenings on the university campus and around Arlington.

This week's stories:

  • Students and faculty celebrated the annual Korean Harvest Festival, similar to American Thanksgiving, by singing, dancing, and enjoying a potluck meal together.
  • J.C. Penny opened its doors for the second Dress for Success event this year, offering discounted business attire to students and advice on how to build a professional wardrobe.
  • UTA radio is a student-run radio channel that gives communication students great experience and allows them to be creative.
