The City of Arlington's Public Works and Transportation Department's Stormwater Management Division congratulates winners of the 2018 "Turn Around, Don't Drown" Flood Safety Art Contest.

Arlington Mayor Jeff Williams and the City Council presented awards to these talented students during the Tuesday, May 8, 2018, evening meeting.

Selah Mosely Powell from Jones Academy won 1st place in the 2nd Annual "Turn Around, Don't Drown" art contest.
