Come along for a mouthwatering ride and catch The American Dream City's cultural diversity and unique cuisine with Arlington Eats on MyArlingtonTV.

In this month's edition of Arlington Eats, host Andrew Tanielian visits Legal Draft Beer Co. in Downtown Arlington for a Crawfish Boil event from Boudreaux's Crawfish Boils.

Founded in 1986, Boudreaux's is a catering business in The American Dream City that provides services for Louisiana Cajun-style cookouts featuring crawfish, shrimp or crabs.

The business has hosted a number of Crawfish Boils at Legal Draft and other local venues throughout the year. Owner Tom Weeks is always excited to attract people trying crawfish for the first time.

"It's all about the family atmosphere," Weeks said. "When I can do boils at Legal Draft, you get a lot of new people who have never eaten crawfish. They've never seen a setup like this. I love turning new people on to the experience because it is an experience."
