Congratulations to Sheryl Kenny, Grants Manager for the City of Arlington, who was recently re-elected to serve as an executive officer for the National Community Development Association.

Kenny has been involved with the National Community Development Association for a decade, including serving two years as chair of the Region VI area, which includes Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, New Mexico and Oklahoma. She most recently served as treasurer and will now serve as secretary from 2018 to 2019.

"All of the officers bring a wealth of local community development and affordable housing experience and management to NCDA and all have served on the NCDA Board of Directors and various subcommittees. I look forward to working with our new President and the Executive Committee to advance the work of NCDA in the coming year; to promote our core programs, increase membership and expand the voice of NCDA nationally," said Vicki Watson, NCDA's Executive Director.
