Head over to the Arlington Convention and Visitors Bureau website for a list of several Easter-related events happening throughout The American Dream City! From photo opportunities with the Easter Bunny at The Parks at Arlington Mall to Sunday brunch at several popular restaurants including Restaurant506 at The Sanford House in Historic Downtown Arlington, there's plenty for families to enjoy this Easter weekend!

Eggstravaganza at AT&T Stadium

Win some swag at AT&T Stadium in Arlington's Entertainment District while you and the little ones get to tour the Cowboys' locker room, Cheerleader locker room, the field, Post-Game Interview Room and Miller Lite Club, and get the chance to win one of many raffles from exciting area attractions/businesses. Eggstravaganza takes place this Thursday, April 13, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. Play games on the field, dance the night away with a live DJ and more! Parking is free. Tickets start at $12.

Mudbug Bash 2017 at Levitt Pavilion Arlington

The tradition continues as 105.3 The Fan presents the 5th Annual Mudbug Bash this Saturday, April 15, 2017 from 4-10 PM! Grab the family and head out to Levitt Pavilion in Downtown Arlington for live music, spicy Cajun crawfish, specialty drinks, games and much more! Come spend the afternoon in the park with the 105.3 The FAN hosts while getting your grub on. There will also be a special appearance by Cowboys star quarterback Dak Prescott. Dallas Wings 2017 Draft Party

You're invited to the Dallas Wings Draft Party, Thursday, April 13 at UT Arlington's College Park Center in Downtown. Doors open at 5 p.m. and coverage begins at 6 p.m. The Wings have three picks in the first round and you don't want to miss this event! The Draft Party is free and open to the public. Breakfast with the Easter Bunny at Alley Cats

The Easter Bunny is paying a visit to Alley Cats this Saturday, April 15 for the annual Breakfast with the Easter Bunny event! The "Full Package" includes an all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet, $10 Game Card, and a photo opportunity with the Easter Bunny for $16.63. Residents can add-on an adult breakfast for $7.55. 2017 Arlington ISD Youth Art Month

The subject of the most recent episode of Culture Buzz, Arlington ISD Youth Art Month is now on display at the Arlington Museum of Art in Downtown! Each spring, the Arlington Museum of Art works collaboratively with the Arlington Independent School District to give students the opportunity to display their pieces done in a wide variety of mediums to the general public. AISD Youth Art Month is held in conjunction with National Youth Month and Youth Art Month work on display in Austin at the Capitol Building. The exhibition will run for six weeks.

Harper Lee's To Kill a Mockingbird at Theatre Arlington

Christopher Sergel's stage adaptation of Harper Lee's 1960 Pulitzer Prize winning novel debuts at Theatre Arlington in Downtown this Friday, April 7, 2017. The show runs through Sunday, April 23 (no show on Easter Sunday, April 16). Set in 1935 in Macomb, Alabama, the story explores the issues of race, class, courage, compassion and gender roles through the eyes of such enduring characters as Atticus Finch and his daughter, Scout. The show starts at 7:30 p.m. on Thursdays, Friday & Saturday at 8:00 p.m. and Sundays at 2:00 p.m. Ticket prices are $23 for adults, $21 for seniors (62+), $21 for students with a valid ID and $18.50 for groups of more than 10 people.

Spring Shows at UTA Planetarium

UTA Planetarium has announced its spring schedule of shows through May 28, 2017. This lineup is featured in the latest episode of "Culture Buzz" and includes Phantom of the Universe, a new planetarium show that unveils scientists' efforts to explore Dark Matter. The show focuses on the Large Hadron Collider, the gigantic underground particle detector which is being used to explore the inner workings of the matter. Dark Matter is invisible and we only know of its existence due to its gravitational effect. It is believed that 85 percent of the matter in the universe is Dark Matter.
