In this month's edition of Arlington Eats, host Andrew Tanielian visits the Lutheran Student Center on The University of Texas at Arlington campus where every Thursday night Sabir Bashir prepares authentic Indian cuisine for hundreds of students at the center.
Bashir has been working at the UT Arlington Lutheran Student Center for several years and serves as the center's director. He continues to prepare traditional Indian dishes like chicken and vegetarian biryani for the students there.
