Residential Rebuild Construction Meeting: January 21, 2016

A Construction Briefing Meeting will be open to the public this Thursday, January 21, 2016 at the Council Briefing Room (3rd floor, City Hall) from 6-7:30 p.m., to discuss the next phase of the 2014 Residential Rebuild Program.

The 2014 Residential Rebuild Program will be implemented in phases and will complete the residential rebuilds funded from the 2008 Bond Election.

According to the Public Works & Transportation Department, improvements include rebuilding various residential roadways with concrete streets including water and sanitary sewer renewals in Council Districts 1, 2 and 5. For a look at the project map, please click here.

This project is currently scheduled to start in February 2016 and be completed by May 2017. Dynamic Message Signs will be placed on site to inform residents of the upcoming project and the start of construction.

This project is part of the Arlington City Council's priority to "Enhance Regional Mobility."
